medi seaSahaja Yoga meditation is effective and up-to-date in solving modern troubles. It is an easy meditation technique that provides physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is based on an inner energy that resides in every human being. In the silence of meditation, this energy is touched, and then it starts to nourish an individual and bring many benefits. With this ancient technique of Sahaja Yoga, one starts to relax and feel peace no matter what situation one faces.

Founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji, Sahaja Yoga is now practiced in over 85 countries, crossing the barriers of religion, race, caste and creed. From India to Istanbul, Sahaja Yoga has struck the common thread within each individual bringing human beings together.  Shri Mataji has been recognized worldwide for her tireless efforts in establishing a sustainable society.
